The primary objective was to establish a strong brand identity throughout Cyprus and to substantially increase monthly sales through a diverse range of offline and online channels, utilising various creative and dynamic methods to achieve this objective.
To revamp Marathasa's image and increase sales, a series of strategic activities were implemented, beginning with a comprehensive marketing strategy that guided subsequent actions. Over the course of the past year, the company achieved a range of milestones, including organising three photo shoots, collaborating with more than 20 micro-influencers and food bloggers, conducting competitions and quizzes to grow their email list and doubling their social media following.
To further promote the brand and its offerings, SMS marketing was used bi-monthly to advertise sales and monthly newsletters were sent out. A new website was also created, featuring excellent customer service, ease of use, and quick transactions.
Plans to expand the brand to other cities are also in progress. The goal was to drive both physical and online traffic, resulting in increased monthly sales and heightened profitability. Corporate gifts, wedding gifts, christenings, and other events were also promoted through multi-channel strategies, further boosting sales.
