Challenge

Foody was preparing to launch its new Bonus Reward Program - a fresh way for users to earn and redeem points with every order. While the feature brought clear value, it was brand new, and most users didn’t know it even existed. We were tasked with changing that.

Solution

With the help of UGC Factory by Hivebreed, we teamed up with a group of 12 TikTok creators to deliver authentic, relatable content that introduced the program in a simple, engaging way. The goal was to make the experience feel real and achievable - like something anyone could do. 

Through a mix of quick, challenge-driven clips and more immersive lifestyle videos, creators showed how easy it is to earn and redeem points through the app. The result was a content series that felt native to TikTok, sparked real curiosity, and started conversations around Foody’s new rewards system.
