ARCO sits at the intersection of premium furniture retail and design consulting. Unlike traditional stores, it offers personalised curation and project support for both homeowners and design professionals. The challenge was to create a unified brand identity and communication strategy that clearly conveyed this unique positioning blending warmth, expertise, and clarity across multiple audiences and channels.
