Aquasana needed to strengthen its position in the local market by educating potential buyers on the need for clean water whilst at the same time, differentiating from the crowd of local alternatives. The company also needed to establish a customer acquisition flow which would allow customers to receive instant quotations based on their individual needs.
Having created a series of video content with the local end-user in mind, we were able to educate potential customers on the different water filter solutions available and how they would benefit them. Through a dedicated landing page we then collected a large amount of interested leads, who were then prospected with the help of automations set in place and provided with a tailored solution. We also enhanced the communication between the brand and the customer with a custom built customer journey automation flow that followed up, based on the actions taken by the user.
